Regarding COVID-19 and other contagious illnesses. If you make an appointment you are confirming that you are not experiencing a viral respiratory illness; that you have not come into contact with anyone with COVID-19 (as far as you are aware); and that you will cancel your appointment if you do become ill.

I provide a professional massage service and I am qualified in aromatherapy, oncology massage, Swedish relaxation massage, remedial massage, pregnancy massage and holistic counselling. I am also studying acupressure and incorporate this into my treatments where appropriate. My massage style is truly restorative to your whole being.

Instructions to book online

1. Scroll down. Choose your desired appointment type and duration. Be careful when selecting - you can come to me at my Kenmore clinic or book a Mobile Massage in your home. I do need to know what type of massage so that I come prepared for that massage (e.g. aromatherapy requires essential oils).

   • Note: for mobile massage, only some suburbs are serviced and there needs to be parking at the premises as I have a massage table to carry. Please refer to the suburbs list at the bottom of this page first and then select the massage service from the correct mobile massage price list (within 15km drive from Kenmore clinic or 15.1km-25km drive from Kenmore). This is important for the travel time factored in and the price difference.

2. Choose an appointment time that suits you.

3. Fill in your details accurately, including all required fields. You will be asked to provide credit card details to secure your booking, however you will not be charged, and I will not see the details as they are securely stored. This is to ensure I only receive genuine bookings and can charge people if they just don’t show up without any notice. Please pay by cash for your first appointment, or via bank transfer at the time of the appointment. [If you do not have a credit card to book the appointment please contact me to book.]

4. A confirmation email is automatically generated once your appointment is confirmed. Please check that your details are correct. If the confirmation email does not arrive please check your spam folder and add my email to your contacts (info@essentialrestorativemassage.com.au) and text me and confirm what your email address so I can resend it.

• Reminder emails are sent 48 hours and 24 hours prior to your appointment, however it is your responsibility to keep your appointment and show up on time so please add it to your Google/Outlook/iCloud calendar.

• Note that sometimes I will call you if you are a new client to discuss your appointment. It is important that you provide a valid mobile number and all of your details are correct.

• You are welcome to create an account (with Acuity Scheduling) so you can keep track of your bookings and speed the re-booking process, however it is not required.

Health Fund Rebates

For information on health fund rebates please refer to the Pricing page, prior to booking to check if I have a provider number with your health fund. Also in regards to mobile massage please note that most health funds don’t cover it and you will need to check directly with them.

Late Policy

If you arrive late you will be charged for the full treatment time but you will only receive the remaining time of your appointment. This is to ensure other clients are not inconvenienced. It is recommended you arrive a few minutes prior to your treatment time. If you arrive more than 5 minutes early, please wait outside or in your car so as not to disturb another client's massage.

Cancellation Policy

1. Generally, it is expected you will give at least 48 hours notice when you need to change an appointment. This is in courtesy of your massage therapist and other clients as your appointment time has been reserved for you, and it can be difficult to fill a spot with little notice. It is easy to reschedule via the online booking app (or by contacting me) so if you do need to reschedule please do so at your earliest convenience and note that you can only cancel/reschedule online up until 24 hours prior to your appointment. If giving less than 24 hours notice you will need to call me.

2. If less than 24 hours notice is given with no medical issue/extenuating circumstances, 50% of the treatment fee may apply.

3. If you fall ill with less than 24 hours until your appointment, then please call Bella on 0433 523 678, giving at least 3 hours notice so that your appointment can be rescheduled with no penalty. Please leave a voicemail message if your call is unanswered. Please do not email as I am unable to check my email throughout the day.

4. No show - when you don't show up and you haven't cancelled your appointment, or cancel last minute - the full fee applies.

Privacy Policy

1. I collect your email address during the online booking process to send you appointment reminders. I will never spam you or pass your email address to third parties.

2. During the appointment you will be required to fill out a health history form, which is kept confidential and is for the purposes of providing an effective and safe massage treatment, as well as any relevant personal details I am required to collect. I collect your information for the purposes of this professional health service only and for marketing purposes for my business only.

3. For my safety, another person is aware of the address for each mobile massage appointment and I let them know when I have left the premises.
